Fire Warden Training

(nothing that exciting - so i'll keep it short and simple)

After volunteering to be a first aider at the office, for some reason I was automatically a fire warden too.

So yesterday - off i went to spend the day at FESA (Fire & Emergency Services Authority) for my fire warden training.

(missing out all of the melbourne cup fun at the office - so disappointing)

At the training session, i got to learn how to use a fire extinguisher putting out a oil fire, electrical fire and a kitchen fire.

here are some pics of the place (note i wanted to take a picture of me suited up in overalls but i was afraid that i might offend the firemen)

Their lunch room had these kewl plaques on the walls
